CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

We do not accept any returns of customised/promotional products. We will send you proof image for you to sign off. It’s your responsibility to check that all spellings and details are correct. Once we start the order you cannot change the order.

BLANK GARMENTS/PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

We accept the return of plain/unbranded, non customised products. Products must meet our returns criteria. If they don’t you will be billed for the return of the item to you.

Return Criteria:

• All packaging must be intact
• Product must not be worn/used and in original packaging
• You must send back any free/promotional material received with the package

We have the right to refuse any returns that we think may not match our returns criteria.
